All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event that an item is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund, exchange, or the option to place a backorder where applicable.

3.3 Bundle Deals & Clearance

Bundle deal pricing applies to the items specified at the time of purchase and cannot be retrospectively applied. Clearance items are sold as-is; unless otherwise stated, they are not eligible for return or exchange beyond statutory rights.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• In their original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

• Clearance and final-sale items (where stated at purchase).

• Personalised or custom-printed items (e.g., name and number kits).

• Swimwear and items with hygiene seals that have been removed.

7.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly dispatched.
